14-Day Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the fragrance has been sprayed no more than 3–4 times, is in its original condition, and includes the original packaging.
30-Day Store Credit
If you're outside the 14-day return window but within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for store credit, provided the product meets our return conditions.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Items that are significantly used, damaged, or missing their original packaging may not qualify.
Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund or store credit according to the applicable option.
